Making A Statement

There are many ways you can make a statement in your outfit, even if you are in a formal environment such as work. Here are a few stylish details you can easily add to your wardrobe, and make quick use of in your daily outfits.

- A nice belt never goes amiss. You don’t have to be overly lavish with your belt buckle, but some kind of statement here is a great way to polish off your outfit. Make sure it is of a neutral color that will go with anything, this way you can dress it up or down. Belts are something you can wear with a pair of jeans and a tshirt, or a suit. Take advantage of this accessory!

- When it comes to mens shoes, try to get a nice pair of semi-formal work shoes. They should be dressy enough to wear in the office, but not be polished and “tuxedo” looking. These will go a long way, since they can go with some jeans to a fancy restaurant, or be worn with suit pants to an important meeting. They should be comfortable and affordable, and walk the fine line of casual and dressy.
